Back Squat, 1 Rep
Press, 1 Rep
Dead Lift, 1 Rep
*You have a maximum of three attempts at each lift*.
**New CrossFit CBD members not used to strength training will work the following pattern:
Squat 5 x 5
Press 3 x 5
Dead Lift 5 x 5
The focus here will be correct movement and building strength.
Post best lift from each and Total Load to comments.
