Every 8 Minutes, For 40 Minutes (5 sets),
800m Run
21 Kettlebell Swings (24 / 16)
12 Pull Ups

- When you complete the triplet rest out until the next window starts.
- Likewise if you don't make all the work by the 8 minute mark then stop there & start the next round.
- Scale as needed to ensure you get rest.
- Strength option: 7 Strict Pull Ups instead of the kipping.

Post Split times from each round & then the total time of all rounds combined (not inc rest) to Beyond The Whiteboard.
