. At least one Upper Body & one Lower Body piece and get after some better positions. We will work it as a group but take on board the knowledge to properly prepare yourself before & after your class time.- Lets work to get in early / stay back late and get some pre-hab / re-hab work in your body. You have but one body in this lifetime. Look after it. (even just 10 minutes a day will make the world of difference!).
- Know your body. Know your abilities & know your limitations. Know when to go for it & know when to scale and/or pull back from a WoD.
