. A: Both MAX Efforts are for Time . 500m Row Time Trial Rest As Needed 250m Row Time Trial

A time trial is an all out effort trying to complete the distance as fast as possible.
Push through your legs, stay efficient & can you set a PR?
The rest will be capped to 5 minutes.

B: Partner WoD! . In Pairs Complete As Many Rounds As Possibble (AMRAP) in 10 Minutes of: 250m Row

format is partner 1 rows the full 250m then swaps over.
We are rowing for ROUNDS, not total Metres.
Rules are that one you complete 250 you yourself must get off (stepping to the side!) and start re-setting the monitor for your teammate (Every round starts with monitor set at 250 counting down).
You won't make PR pace here so row at 90% of your best 250 (if you can!!)

Jumpers:

Are Unisex & as per your feedback the Asphalt with Black sleeves (pictured) will be available.

We will take orders also for the Steel Marle with Black sleeves also as an alternative for those not wishing to look so dark. (Not pictured, use your imagination).

Trackie Pants:

In both a Mens & Womens cut.

However the Mens will be Dark Grey Whilst the Womens will be Black. (Women's not pictured, again use imagination).

Beanie:

Are Unisex, one size fits all. Will have a double stitched "pip" label on them enabling you to roll it up in a traditional look or roll it down like a hipster!

Colours available will be Asphalt Marle (Dark Grey) or Grey Marle (light Grey).
