- We’ll lift “on the 2 mins” for the seven sets.
- Before that lets spend a good 14-15 minutes purely on practice, practice, practice. Nail that footwork & positioning. Gain confidence in this lift and it will carry you far.
Record the 7 sets from the e2mom only.
