Part A: Helen 3 Rounds for time of: China Town Run (Rear Stairs) 21 Kettlebell Swings (24kg,16kg) 12 Pull Ups   *15 Min Time cap. (add 1 second per rep left onto the the time limit of 15:00. E.G: if  you are 10 pull ups short of finishing when the 15 min cap kicks in, your score will be 15:10).   Part B:  Turkish Get Up 3 -3 -3 (each arm)       Post time & T.G.U load/s to comments.
