05/02/15 – “The Inverted Shepard”

Part A:

   'AMRAP' in 8 Minutes:   4 Strict Handstand Push Ups 8 Kettlebell Swings (32kg / 24kg) 12 Toes To Bar    

Part B:

  'Goat' Herding!   Spend up to 15 Mins working on a weakness. Don't avoid training those things you don't like. Get after them and turn them into a strength!!    

"Find your weaknesses, make friends with them, then beat them to death!"

C Spealler.

        Post number of rounds from Part A & then what weakness you chose to work on in Part B to comments. IMG_8761
