25 Double Unders 5 Squat Cleans (70kg / 50kg) 1600m Double Block Run 25 Double Unders 4 Squat Cleans (80kg / 57.5kg) 800m Block Run 25 Double Unders 3 Squat Cleans (87.5kg / 62.5kg) Lt Bourke run 25 Double Unders 2 Squat Cleans (95kg / 67.5kg) China Town Run 25 Double Unders 1 Squat Clean (102.5kg / 72.5kg)- "asRX" is unbroken double unders (as well as doing the prescribed weights/moves). If you trip you CANNOT start over. Instead make up the remaining reps with burpee over the bar reps.
