Back squat, 5 x 5 (Wave 2, Week 5)

- This is the last 5x5 session before we are testing our 5RM Squat.
- However how much you increment will need to go on "feel" rather than just numbers & calculators.
- Everybody, try to add 2-4kg to your number last week.
- Use the same load across all working sets.
- Rest as needed between sets.
