*Our focus today is not on how much you can lift, but rather how well can you lift.
Key points to todays WOD:
- Grip
- Stance at every rep
- Positions in each rep
- Speed and aggression through the middle
- FOOTWORK!
- Commitment to 'Stick' the landing.
You can add load as each round goes (so long as your form is spot on and you successfully make your lifts), but you can only add a max of 5kg total per round to the bar.
