For Max Loads:

A): Strict Press,

  5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5

B): Weighted Pull Up,

  3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3    

 - Buddy Up with someone of a similar height, and alternate between the two movements until all 10 sets are complete -

- - Scale Part B appropriately!! Just because you can do a weighted pull up, it doesn't mean you should!! - -

- - - If you are in a band on pull ups then under no circumstances will weight be added - - -
