For Max Loads:
A): Strict Press,
5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5B): Weighted Pull Up,
3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3- Buddy Up with someone of a similar height, and alternate between the two movements until all 10 sets are complete -
- - Scale Part B appropriately!! Just because you can do a weighted pull up, it doesn't mean you should!! - -
