For Max Loads:

A): Strict Press,

 

5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5

B): Weighted Pull Up,

 

3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3

 

 

 – Buddy Up with someone of a similar height, and alternate between the two movements until all 10 sets are complete

– – Scale Part B appropriately!! Just because you can do a weighted pull up, it doesn’t mean you should!! – –

– – – If you are in a band on pull ups then under no circumstances will weight be added – – –
