Work Your Way Through A Whole Deck Of Cards Using The Values In the Movements Below (e.g.: The 4 of Hearts would be 4 DB Thrusters)
Clubs: Bar Muscle Up/Pull Up
Diamonds: Overhead Sit Up (20kg, 15kg) ****
Spades: Push Up
Hearts: Dumbbell Thruster (2x20kg, 2x15kg) ****
Joker: China Town Med Ball Run x 2 laps! - (if joker is not drawn, the card is valued at 50 reps).
Ace = 1 rep
Face Card = 11 reps
*** Movement to be unbroken or 20 Burpee Penalty
Post time if finished before 40min cut off or post total number of reps left in the deck that you did not complete to comments.
