  Each Of The Following Individually For Time 1000m Row 50 Thruster (20kg/15kg) 30 Pull-Up Rest Then 500m Row 25 Thruster (20kg/15kg) 15 Pull-Up Rest Then 250m Row 12 Thruster (20kg/15kg) 7 Pull-Up   Rest as needed between each bout. Post EACH time to comments. Compare to 29/11/12 IMG_6397
