08/05/14 – “Get Your Skates On!!”

With a new Round starting every 3:30 (Men) and every 4:00 (Women),  

Complete 5 Rounds For REPS & For Run Times:

  There will be a rolling clock set for 19 minutes, Women will start on 0:00. Men will begin their first round on the 2:30 mark.   Rounds: 1): China Town Sprint + MAX REPS Toes To Bar in remaining time. - Rest exactly 60 seconds - 2): China Town Sprint + MAX REPS DB Push Press (20kg, 15kg) in remaining time. - Rest exactly 60 seconds - 3): China Town Sprint + MAX REPS Toes To Bar in remaining time. - Rest exactly 60 seconds - 4): China Town Sprint + MAX REPS DB Push Press in remaining time. - Rest exactly 60 seconds - 5): China Town Sprint + MAX REPS Toes To Bar in remaining time.   *Remember that the Men's rounds only last 2:30, and the Women's rounds last 3:00 long. If you don't make it back up from the run in the allotted time you will score zero reps for that portion and your rest time may be eaten into as well. Post total reps of both T2B & DB Push Press, AND your fastest/slowest run times to comments.
