Partner WoD!!!

. Every 6 Mins For 5 Rounds: .   30 Calories, Assault Bike 60 Kettlebell Swings (24 / 16 kg) 20 Ring Dips, Strict
  • Split work up anyhow.
  • One person working at a time.
  • Oh and for all reps to count the non-working partner must be holding their Kettlebell off the ground, by the handle & with arms straight.
