60 Kettlebell Swings (24 / 16 kg)
20 Ring Dips, Strict
- Split work up anyhow.
- One person working at a time.
- Oh and for all reps to count the non-working partner must be holding their Kettlebell off the ground, by the handle & with arms straight.
