Part a) Dead Lift  5 x 5 (@ 75%), Same load across all 5 working sets working, (alongside the main points of performance),  on your neutral head & neck. No craning or chicken necking!     Part b) For Time: 50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10 (reps) Double Unders 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 (reps) Clean & Jerk (60kg, 40kg)   * 12 minute time cap     Post times to Comments. pic.9:5:14
