Dead Lift  5 x 5 (@ 75%),

Same load across all 5 working sets working, (alongside the main points of performance),  on your neutral head & neck. No craning or chicken necking!

 

 

Part b)

For Time:

50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10 (reps)

Double Unders

10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 (reps)

Clean & Jerk (60kg, 40kg)

 

* 12 minute time cap
