In 8 Minutes establish a ‘Heavy” 3-rep Turkish Get Up:
- 3 reps each arm
B: For MAX Reps
.
3 Rounds, 1 Min at each station going for MAX reps at each
of:
Min 1: Calories, Assault Bike
Min 2 : Russian Kettlebell Swings (32 / 24 kg)
Min 3: Double Unders
Min 4: Abmat Sit Ups
Min 5: Dumbbell Power Snatch, Alternating (25 / 20 kg)
Min 6: REST
- Like the WoD “Fight Gone Bad” we go for the whole minute at each station vying for maximum reps.
- At the call of rotate, you move onto the next station without rest. The clock doesn’t stop between movements.
- You get 1 minute of rest after completing each movement (5 mins on/1 min off).
Post TGU, then total reps from WoD with any scaling to Beyond The Whiteboard.
Doing our annual go at the “Murph” WoD tomorrow! For those coming in eat well tonight & prepare for it.
