. A: Skill / Strength: . In 8 Minutes establish a 'Heavy" 3-rep Turkish Get Up:- 3 reps each arm
- Like the WoD "Fight Gone Bad" we go for the whole minute at each station vying for maximum reps.
- At the call of rotate, you move onto the next station without rest. The clock doesn't stop between movements.
- You get 1 minute of rest after completing each movement (5 mins on/1 min off).
Doing our annual go at the "Murph" WoD tomorrow! For those coming in eat well tonight & prepare for it.
If you can't make it in why not head to your local park and smash it out!
