4 Rounds, Each One For Time:

  21 Thrusters (42.5kg, 30kg) 21 Pull Ups - Rest exactly 4 minutes - 21 Thrusters 21 Pull Ups - Rest exactly 4 minutes -  15 Thrusters 15 Pull Ups - Rest exactly 4 minutes - 15 Thrusters 15 Pull Ups     **Each round has a strict 2:30 time cap. If you have not completed the required reps in that time your score for that round is how many reps you completed**       Post each rounds' time (or number of reps) to comments.
