*Start at 4 reps of each and climb up in 4’s from there on in (e.g.: 4 swings, 4 t2b, 8 swings, 8 t2b, 12, 12, 16, etc…..)
– REST 3 MINUTES, THEN REPEAT AMRAP AGAIN FROM THE START!!!! –
