1 Minute Calories, Assault Bike

1 Minute REST

1 Minute Deadlifts (you choose kg)

1 Minute REST

  • You choose the weigh on the bar. However the grip is to be double-overhand & NO hook-grip allowed today1 time to work that grip out!
  • Pick a weight you can get a least 12 reps out each time.
  • Scale as needed. #SimpleYetEffective
