Of: 7 Push Up 7 Wall Ball 2 For 1 (9kg/7kg) 7 OverHead Walking Lunge Steps (25kg/15kg)* *Penalty: 20 Kettlebell Swing (24kg/16kg) every time the plate touches or is lower than the head.   Post rounds to comments.
