WoD: For Load: . Hang Power Clean 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3  
  • Use the heaviest load for each set. Rest as needed between.
  • No "Bambi legs!".
  • Compare to 17/09/15
. Finisher: For Total Reps . Tabata Toes To Bar
  • The "Tabata" protocol is 20 seconds of max effort work followed by 10 seconds of rest fora total of 8 intervals.
  • Score today is total number of reps of all 8 intervals.
