13/05/13 – “Active Shoulders!”

For Time: 50 Press 75 Push Press Press until failure, then push press until failure. Rinse & repeat. Oh there is one caveat though...........every time you put the bar down (after you cannot do another Push Press) complete 7 Burpees before going back to the Press. ***18 Min Time Cap***   Post time to comments. (If you do not make the required rep scheme within the time limit your score will be the number of reps you had left of both movements).
