- If you are scaling to a band add in more reps to each set (5 sets of 5 reps) and DO NOT add weight.
- No kipping!
- Choose your option as per your ability today.
- 10 Minute Time Cap.
- Deadlift MUST be held in a double overhand grip (NO mix grip today)
