- To be "As RX" the Burpees are to be Strict reps in the push-up portion.
- Scale as needed. #SimpleYetEffective
- In the Wall Balls use as many sets as needed to get as many reps as possible. Hold the standard. No sloppy reps!
Post Rounds & then Wall Ball reps to Beyond The Whiteboard.
