Max Reps Wall Ball Shots

  • To be "As RX" the Burpees are to be Strict reps in the push-up portion.
  • Scale as needed. #SimpleYetEffective
  • In the Wall Balls use as many sets as needed to get as many reps as possible. Hold the standard. No sloppy reps!
