Complete As Many Rounds As Possible In 5 Mins of:
10 Dumbbell Snatch (20kg, 15kg)
10 Box Jump (24″, 20″)
– Rest exactly 60 Seconds then….
Repeat 5 Min AMRAP for second time
– Rest exactly 60 Seconds then….
Repeat 5 Min AMRAP for third and final time!
Post number of rounds completed for all three AMRAP’s to comments. Be sure to mark down scaling if applicable.
