WoD: For Loads:
. Front Squat 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5- Spend some good time before the working sets practicing at LIGHT loads. Get the movement pattern correct before you try to add a bunch of plates.
- We are looking for a decent rack position with elbows in front & bar resting on shoulders. ALL fingers wrapped around the bar (no Captain Hook stuff!). Decent position/width of the legs. And toes NOT ducking out!
- Be sure to leave the coach & yourself in no doubt about getting hip crease below knee. Please don't try to con us (or more alarmingly you!) that you are deep enough when in actual fact you are not even at parallel.
- Aim your first working set to be around the 80% mark.
- Compare this exact 5's WoD to 30/04/15.
- We of course have squatted since then so you can look more recently to 13/01/16. This WoD was for 3's. See if you can turn any of those numbers posted into a 5!
