Kalsu - CBD Style! For Time: 100 Thrusters (62.5kg, 45kg) At the top of each minute perform 5 Knees to Elbow and max reps of Thrusters for remaining time in that minute. Goal is to complete 100 Thrusters. ***30 min Cut Off***   Post time to comments
