- Snatch is to be a full (Squat) Snatch.
- Take time to get a good amount of warm up sets in before you hit any heavy loads. Don't just jump into a top weight!
- If new to lifting with us the rep scheme changes to 7 sets of 3 reps & the move may change to suit the individual (hang snatch, overhead squat, etc).
