100m UNBROKEN Farmers Carry after each round of cleans* (2 x 32kg / 2 x 24kg)
Then….
Run 1.6km
* 12 / 10 Calorie penalty on Air Bike if KB’s are put down before completing 6 full laps
40 min time cap, if you have not finished your reps by the 30:00 mark you will be sent out on the run
