21/07/14 – “A Complexing Series”

Complete the following "EMOM's":   Every Minute On The Minute For 5 Minutes: *Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Clean + 2 Front Squats (65kg / 45kg) - REST 1 MINUTE - Every Minute On The Minute For 4 Minutes: *Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Clean + Front Squat (75kg / 55kg)

 - REST 1 MINUTE -

Every Minute On The Minute For 3 Minutes:

*Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Clean (80kg / 60kg)

- REST 1 MINUTE -

Every Minute On The Minute For 2 Minutes:

Power Clean + Clean (85kg/ /65kg)

- REST 30 Seconds -

Bonus 1 Minute Round (Only attempt this if you have been 100% successful in every EMOM):

1 Clean (90kg / 70kg)

    *= Note, the 5 min, 4 min, & 3 min 'EMOM's' all begin with a 3 Burpee buy in at the start of EACH minute.   The intention is to add load in each designated rest period. However if you fail to make any reps due to the time or load then you are NOT to add load in the subsequent rest period. You repeat the load on the following 'EMOM' and wait to see if you can go up next time round. This would also count you out of the final 'Bonus' round at the end. All reps are to be treated as a Complex Meaning that once you've gotten ahold of the bar don't break up the reps.   Post All Loads to Comments. IMG_6133
