Overhead Squat:
10 – 10 – 10.
*Building weight, all sets to be unbroken. No heavier then 50% of your 1rm. For extra challenge add a 3-5 sec pause at bottom of squat. Record all loads to the board*
Part B:
5 Rounds For Time:
12 Box Jumps (24″,20″)
12 Overhead Squats (35kg,25kg)
** 10 Min Time Cap **
