Every Minute On The Minute For 21 Mins:
a. 22 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (24kg, 16kg) ((11 swings each arm))
b. 11 Box Jumps (32″, 24″)
c. 11 Ring Dips
*If you make it through all 21 rounds your score is 21. If you fail to complete the required reps in a particular minute your score is the previous round (your last successful round completion). Reduce the number of reps in only that failed round by 10% and carry on working.
