Minute 1 – Calorie Row (15 cals / 10 cals)
Minute 2 – 15 Kettlebell Swings (28kg / 20kg)
Minute 3 – 15 Wall Ball Shots (9kg / 7kg, both to a 10ft target)
……Continue to rotate through the movements for a total of 15 Minutes
*This WOD is scored by your last successfully completed round. e.g.: If you don’t meet the required reps in say round 10, your score will be 9. If you do make all the rounds successfully, then your score will be 15.
