5 Rounds For Max Load:
Completing 5 "cycles" constitutes a complete round. One "Cycle" consists of : 5 Dead Lifts 3 Hang Power Cleans 1 Front Squat Do 5 rounds total working up to your max. YOU choose the loads. You can rest as needed in between rounds. (30 Min limit). Do not rest the bar on the ground, regrip on the ground or drop the bar within the round. If you do, you must restart the whole round. Great work today guys. You can take what you gained from today & apply that in a multitude of other areas in the gym.
It may not have yielded your max Dead Lift, Clean or Squat, but next time you're hitting a max set of pull ups, or trying to bang out those last 7-8 barbell reps of a hard WoD take solace that your grip is good enough. Your mind however may need to get on board.
If your grip wasn't playing ball today then we know what we need to work on.
