3 Burpee Box Jumps (24 / 20″ box)

6 Thrusters

6 Burpee Box Jumps

9 Thrusters

9 Burpee Box Jumps

12 Thrusters

12 Burpee Box Jumps

15 Thrusters

15 Burpee Box Jumps

Keep on adding 3 reps of each until the 7 mins has run out.

 

  • Upon completion of the WoD go directly into…

  • Bar taken from the floor
  • Don’t spend 10 minutes lying in a bask of WoD glory. Get up & start lifting!
