For Maximum Reps: Tabata #1 Handstand Push up Vs Push Up Vs Shoulder Press (20kg, 15kg)   - Rest exactly 2:30 then go into -   Tabata #2 Double Under vs Sit Up Vs Toes To Bar   Scoring is total number of reps across all movements AND also the total number of your lowest score in each movement, e.g.: 511/39   Post score to comments
