Perform The Following Tabatas
Wall Ball (9kg/7kg) Vs Push-Up
Rest Exactly 2 min, Then
Row (Cal) Vs OverHead Sit-Up (10kg/5kg)
Rest Exactly 2 min, Then
Knees To Elbows Vs Walking Lunge
Each Tabata consist of 16 round, 8 of each exercise in the pair. Alternate between the exercise in the pair for each 20 second bout of work.
Scoring = The lowest number of any round for the exercise will the score for the Tabata.
Post the total of all lowest number of reps (for any round) of Wall Ball, Push-Up, Row (For Calories), OverHead Sit-Up, Knees To Elbows, and Walking Lunge (# of STEPS). (6 scores in total) / Total of all reps performed in the wod. i.e. 60/300
