Every Minute On The Minute For 20 Minutes

  Of:   Odd Mins (1, 3, 5, 7, etc):  2 "reps" of the Bear Complex** You have the choice of Barbell OR Dumbbells (50kg, 35kg or 2x 25kg DB, 2x 17.5kg DB)   Even Mins (2, 4, 6, 8, etc): Calorie Row (15 cals, 10 Cals)     **One Rep of the Bear Complex consists of: - Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press -     Post Choice & load to comments.
