Warmup and establish the max number of reps that you will be able to hold for the 17min.
(Reps must be added to all movements!)
Post reps chosen and number of successful minutes to comments. If you fail before 17min lower the reps and continue on the highest possible to the end. Reps can only be changed once, if you fail again time is called.
