Partner "Fight Gone Bad!" Disco Version
.Three rounds, 90 Seconds at each station, for MAX Reps of:
- Wall-ball Shots - Sumo Dead Lift High-Pulls - Box Jumps - Push-press - Row (Calories) . In this workout you move from each of five stations after a 90 second stay. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. Being a partner edition, each station last for 90 seconds. This makes for a seven & a half minute round from which a 90 second break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must together move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. Split your work up how you choose but strive to keep it as even as possible throughout. .
