Form Groups of 2
Athlete #1 : Pace setter – China Town Ball Run (9kg/7kg)
Athelete # 2: Perform as many reps of :
Hang Power Clean (50kg/37.5kg)
Then Athelete 1 and 2 swap
Once both athletes have completed Hang Power Cleans, do the same as above except Athelete #2 perform as many reps as possible of :
Front Squat (50kg/37.5kg)
Then Athelete 1 and 2 swap
Continue performing as many reps as possible for 20mins.
Post total reps as a group
