29/03/16 – “Low-Fat DT”

5 Rounds For Time: . 12 Deadlifts (52.5 / 35 kg) 9 Hang Power Cleans 6 Push Jerks .
  • Move fast BUT move well. No sloppy form will be tolerated.
  • This is a lighter version of the Hero WoD 'DT'. Don't use the lighter prescription as an excuse to go RX. This still should be hit out in 6-7 mins or less.
  • 10 Min Time Cap
