20 Minute 'AMRAP' of: . China Town Run MAX Pull Ups (without coming off the bar) .
  • If you are in a band/s then you will cap the number of reps each set to 15.
  • Kipping is allowed (if using a band then kip must be super tight & tidy!).
  • If you come off the bar, even with just 3 secs left, out the door you go!!
  • Compare to 16/04/14
