This weeks Member Monday is Dom M. Dom hails from the UK but has been settled here in Melbourne for quite some time now.
Always a tireless worker when in class. He takes advice & cues brilliantly & it pays off big time for him as for recently we have seen a big upsurge in his gymnastics skills!

Fav WOD - anything gymnastics or body weight orientated

Hobbies - surfing, making my own artwork, eating good food
