4 x 3 @ 80-85%- Same weight across the 4 sets. Rest 90 seconds between.
WoD: "Jelly Legs!" (13 Min Cap)
5 Rounds For Time:
10 Dead Lift (110kg / 80kg) 250m / 200m Row (15 / 10 Cal if on Assault Bike).. Post DL load, and then WoD time to comments.
