Memorial WoD
This workout is in honour of one Nicola Andrews.
- Nicola was a member of Brunswick East CrossFit. For this of you unaware BE-CF is run by Clare Campbell, an old member & friend of CBD's.
- Sadly & tragically Nicola passed away just before xmas on a holiday in NZ. This WoD has been designed in her memory & is planned for today, NYE, because it would have been her birthday.
- It also serves as fund raising workout too and all donations will go toward the Cancer Council. An organisation dear to her her family. If you would like to donate anything then click HERE.
- Alternatively there will be a bunch of CBDer's meeting up at Flagstaff Gardens at 9am to congregate & throw down together. Jac will be collecting donations on behalf of everyone who turns up. Otherwise you could hit this up anywhere you choose to (the beach. Different park. A running track. etc).
- We realise you ran yesterday but this is a different and special occasion so all we will say is just get up & go run again. Its not unheard of in life to be asked to use your legs two days in a row.
- As per usual scale as needed and keep the form on point.
