12 min Ladder: 3 Full Squat Clean (62.5kg, 40kg) 3 Ring Dips 6 Full Squat Clean (62.5kg, 40kg) 6 Ring Dips 9 Full Squat Clean (62.5kg, 40kg) 9 Ring Dips 12 ......etc etc Go as high up in the ladder as possible in 12 mins. Score is as many reps completed in 12 mins
