4/8/12 – Tabata Vs Tabata

Perform The Following Tabatas

Back Squat (BW/75% BW)  Vs Max Height Jump

Rest Exactly 3 min, Then

Deadlift (BW/75% BW) Vs Double Under

Rest Exactly 3 min, Then

Kettlebell Swing (24kg/16kg) Vs Walking Lunge

Rest Exactly 3 min, Then

Push-Up Vs Sit-Up

 

Each Tabata consist of 16 rounds, 8 of each exercise in the pair. Alternate between the exercise in the pair for each 20 second bout of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Scoring = The sum of the lowest number round for the exercise divided by total reps performed in the whole tabata.
Post the total of all lowest number of reps (for any round) of Back Squat, Max Height Jump, Deadlift, Double Under, Kettlebell Swing, Walking Lunge, Push_Up and Sit-Up to comments. (8 scores in total) / Total of all reps performed in the wod. i.e. 60/300
