5/5/12 – Cinco de Mayo

  Hang On To Your Sombrero... This Is Loco Complete The Following:   Tyre Flip (10 to 1 reps)    Rain Sub: OverHead Sit-up (20kg/10kg) (10 to 1 reps) Box Jump (1 to 10 reps)   Rain Sub: Ball Slam (9kg/6kg) (1 to 10 reps) Pull-Up (10 to 1 reps) Burpee To Bar (1 to 10 reps)   And 4 Double Ball Runs to China Town and Back. To be performed every time the "Mexican Hat Dance" is randomly played.   Perform all exercise in the list before moving to the next rep round. So the first round would be as follow: 10 tyre Flip then 1 Box Jump then 10 Pull-Up then 1 Burpee to bar. The second round would be the same but with 10 rep exercises going down to 9 reps and 1 rep exercises going up to 2 reps. Continue in that fashion. Rain Subs were only used in the 11:30am WOD and the last two exercises were not changed. Post time to comments.
